While our client base has grown, The forums are still empty! We have had to remove a ton of spam occasionally from the forums here. We know our current clients have to know about the forums... Everyone still submits support tickets, which is fine by us.

The forums are still here and are not going anywhere for when you all decide you do want to use them.

Constant-Hosting.com is still here and is not going anywhere! We are a debt free company and plan to be forever.

We do monitor these forums every single day!

If you need any sort of help don't hesitate to post your question.

I wouldn't say IE (any version) is "bad" .. But, there are a lot of different tests done that show it is the slowest,

IE6 is proven time and time again to have many issues. ..

http://whichbrowserforme.org/

I'd have to agree with this here. This site provides alternate browsers which are better and up to date.

We've found a solution around the multi hour restore issue that we see every other hosting company facing when hardware dies a horrible death. We are not saying that doesn't happen to us. Sometimes hardware dies  in such a way that it takes everything on the server out. This most often facilitates having to restore accounts that were on the dead server onto a new server which often takes hours and sometimes even days.

In order to avoid this sort of excessive downtime for our customers we run all our shared hosting and semi dedicated clients within VPS's on host nodes(servers) that we own. This allows a much smaller restore time if anything ever goes wrong with the host node hardware. If the host node hardware dies for whatever reason, we simply load the VPS's on the node that went down onto another live node, There is no "bare metal restore" needed that takes forever.

Running all our shared hosting and semi dedicated clients in VPS's also helps us control how resources are used and helps in managing and allocating resources between servers to ensure that everyone gets their fair share and no one server ever gets overloaded.

We do not over sell our servers.

I hope this helps explain a little about how we manage our services for your benefit and we hope that you choose to host with us. Whether you choose a shared hosting or a semi dedicated account we know you will be happy with our services.
